Appearance: Josh has brown hair and is on the tall side. Bushy eyebrows accompany his brown eyes, and he is pretty average looking. His hair is short and military styled.

Personality: Josh is usually a pretty nice guy, but he has a short temper when things are done wrong.

Strengths: Seetar has always been a natural mechanic, good at fixing things and buildings things as well as improvising. His people skills are average but he is a decent department head and great Engineering officer.

Weaknesses: Not the best people person, Josh is quick to reprimand and not the best at giving advice. He is a hands on worker and does not listen the best.

Ambitions: Josh is happy with his position at the moment but he hopes to expand his knowledge in Engineering and work on his interpersonal skills. He does not feel he will ever be ready for a Command position but those in high places may disagree.

History: Josh was born in Florida, the son to an average family. His father was a Starfleet mechanic who now worked in the San Fransisco Shipyards as a Head of Staff. Josh took after his father in being a natural at building and taking things a part, and he was known to be very curious.
Seetar was a great student growing up, flying by in his courses but he was not very good at conveying his emotions. He was never a natural writer but an avid reader. He graduated with high honors form High school and was accepted quickly into Starfleet's Engineering Academy.
Josh excelled at his engineering courses; he was very good at memorization of key ship components and a decent improviser. Josh graduated at the higher quartile of his Starfleet class and was assigned to a old Constellation class starship as a full Engineering officer with a rank of Ensign. Seetar proved himself a fantastic worker and was eventually promoted to the Assistant CEO. He only held the post aboard the Constellation before being offered a position aboard a prestigious Sovereign class as the Assistant CEO. He responded quickly and took the position. There he met Matthew Archenon, 4 years his senior, but the two became fast friends and enjoyed participating in sports and other activities together.
With the post of Assistant CEO came a promotion to Lieutenant j.g., and his parents were proud of him. His father had achieved a high status as a very senior Master Chief Petty Officer but had never accepted commissions. After serving aboard the Sovereign class for about a year Seetar got a very promising job as the Chief Engineering Officer aboard a Nova class science vessel. He jumped at the position, eager to join the senior staff. He was sad to leave his friends but excited for the chance to lead. Josh and Matt remained in contact throughout his tenure as the Nova's CEO, and, after hard service and a promising leadership career he was awarded a promotion to full Lieutenant.
Seetar heard of the Sovereign's accident and was saddened, but was glad to hear his friend was alive and well. Josh took shore leaves to go visit his friend and help him through his trauma after the accident. Seetar eventually returned to his post, and was happy to see Archenon return to active status as a executive officer now.
Archenon and Seetar remained in contact, and, when Archenon received command of the USS Invincible, Matt requested his best friend for the CEO position immediately. Starfleet agreed, and Seetar was transferred to the USS Invincible. Happy to be serving with his friend and ready to make new ones, Josh is happy to be aboard the Invincible.
